About Me.

Hailing from the charming and small town of El Gouna in Egypt, my journey has taken me to live in exciting and vibrant cities like New York, Prague, and Abu Dhabi. Exploring diverse cultures and learning how different nations tackle global challenges has become a thrilling passion of mine. This excitement led me to become a proud GLASS Scholar at NYU Tandon School of Engineering.

GLASS, short for Global Leaders and Scholars in STEM, is an incredible program that cherry-picks the top 20 students to empower us as leaders capable of tackling global issues. My focus is on the 6th United Nations Sustainability Goal: Clean Water Access. Now, in my 4th year, I can say I've maximized my resources to shape myself into a socially conscious individual and a well-rounded global engineer.

I'd love for you to join me on this exhilarating journey. Let's delve into my experiences in global competency, professional growth, commitment to service, academic excellence, and leadership development. It's been a ride!

Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering
New York University

Currently enrolled at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where I am pursuing a major in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering alongside a minor in Social Entrepreneurship. Throughout my academic journey, I've consistently earned a place on the dean's list by maintaining a GPA exceeding 3.5 every semester. Additionally, I am a scholar in the prestigious honors program, GLASS.

A-level and IGCSE
El Gouna International School

I completed my IGCSEs and A-levels within a compressed timeframe of 3 years instead of the traditional 4. During this period, I successfully completed 9 IGCSEs, achieving A* grades across the board. Additionally, I pursued 3 A-levels and 1 AS, securing A grades in all subjects. Beyond this, I accomplished the Thanaweya Amma, the Egyptian National High School degree, and also completed my SATs and DSD examinations.
